Mexican Wrap

Ay caramba amigos! Welcome to sunny Mexico!


  • 4 Plain Wrap Bread
  • 400 g of chicken
  • 2 onions
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 batch of tomato sauce
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • Mexican spices
  • Guacamole
  • Grated Gruyere cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


Cut the chicken into strips.

Chop the onion and pepper, cook until soft in a little olive oil.   

Add the chicken strips to the pan. Salt, pepper, and sprinkle over the spices.  

Add the tomato sauce and leave to cook at medium heat.  

Moisten the La Boulangère Wraps and heat up for a few seconds in a microwave. 

Fill the Wraps in the following order: lettuce, guacamole, chicken, tomatoes/pepper, grated gruyere.
