Niçois sandwich

Simple, easy, with fabulous taste: the Niçois sandwich


  • 3 Swedish Bread
  • 1 small tin of plain tuna
  • 1 cucumber
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 3 quail eggs
  • 2 pitted black olives
  • 25 g of green beans
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • White sauce (such as the kind served with kebab)
  • Salt and pepper


Peel and finely slice the cucumber.

Drain the tuna and finely dice.

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into quarters. Finely chop the black olives.

Boil the eggs for 4 minutes in salted water. Plunge them into cold water and peel.

Next cook the green beans in salted boiling water for 5 minutes, plunge into cold water, drain.

Mix all the ingredients together in a salad bowl and pour in the lemon juice. Salt and pepper.

Spread the white sauce onto the 3 rolls of La Boulangère Swedish Bread and top with the ingredients in two layers. Cut in half to make triangle sandwiches and serve.
