- 2 Rustic Slices
- 1 tub of rich, heavy cream
- 2 slices of smoked salmon
- A few marinated peppers
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Mix the heavy cream with the finely chopped dill.
Place the La Boulangère Rustic Slices under the grill.
Cover the slices with cream and add the marinated peppers cut into strips.
Add the slices of salmon cut into strips.
Sprinkle over a little lemon juice and serve.
