Oriental Wrap

All-aboard – we’re heading East!


  • 4 Plain Wrap Bread
  • 400 g of beef meatballs
  • 2 onions
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • Hummus
  • Herbs: coriander, bay leaf, rosemary
  • Lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sugar


Brown the meatballs in a little olive oil.  

Chop the onion and sweat in the olive oil, adding a little sugar.  

Moisten the La Boulangère Wraps and heat up for a few seconds in a microwave.  

Fill the Wraps in the following order: lettuce, hummus, meatballs, herbs, and a dash of lemon juice.
