- 4 slices of Toastiligne Plain Sliced Bread
- 4 fine slices of roast pork
- 6 gherkins
- Sprouted seeds
- Violet mustard
- Olive oil
- Salt and ground pepper
Finely slice the gherkins.
Spread the slices of La Boulangère wholemeal sliced bread with the flavoured mustard.
Lay 2 slices of roast pork on top, add the gherkins and finish with the sprouted seeds.
Drizzle over a little olive oil, season, and top with the other slice of bread.
Cut in half and serve.
