Savoy Toast

All the tastes of the Alps on toast!


  • 2 Rustic Slices
  • 2 small potatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 to 3 fine slices of Prosciutto
  • 4 generous slices of raclette or Morbier cheese
  • Lemon thyme
  • Pepper


Heat the oven to 240°C (Gas Mark 8).

Peel and finely slice the onion in rings.  

Peel and cook the potatoes in salted boiling water for 10 minutes before slicing.   

On the La Boulangère Rustic Slices, add the slices of ham, the onion rings, the potatoes and finish with the cheese.

Sprinkle over a little thyme.

Heat in the oven for 10 minutes, grind some pepper over each slice.

Serve warm with a walnut salad.

Tip: you can try this recipe with Reblochon cheese and bacon.
