Sunshine Grill

Sun and southern flavours combine in a single delicious recipe!


  • 2 Rustic Slices
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 to 4 fine slices of cured ham
  • 1 courgette
  • Approximately ten cherry tomatoes
  • Roasted pine nuts
  • A few shavings of parmesan
  • Salt and pepper


Heat the oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 6).

Drizzle a little olive oil over the slices and rub with crushed garlic.

Heat for a few minutes and remove from the oven.  

Cut the courgette into fine strips and cook for 3 minutes in boiling water.  

Toast the pine nuts by placing for 10 minutes in an oven heated to 180° C. Set aside.

Assemble the La Boulangère Rustic Slices by covering with the ham, the courgettes and the tomatoes.  

Salt, pepper and drizzle with a little olive oil.  

Place in the oven for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan shavings and toasted pine nuts just before serving.
