- 2 Plain Viennese Baguettes
- Fromage frais spread
- 1 cucumber
- 10 round radishes
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Coriander leaves
- 2 tablespoons of cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of grape seed oil
- Salt and pepper
Wash and finely chop the cucumber and radish.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Use the oil and vinegar to make a vinaigrette, salt and pepper and add the toasted sesame seeds.
Mix in with the vegetables, drain if necessary.
Spread fromage frais onto the La Boulangère Viennese Baguette and add the marinated vegetables as well as a few chopped leaves of coriander.
Tip: You can vary the filling for this sandwich depending on which vegetables are in season.
